Cloud 11 is a visionary mixed-use development located in South Sukhumvit, Bangkok, developed by MQDC. Spanning over 254,000 square meters, this project aims to become Asia’s largest hub for the creator economy. Designed by world-renowned architectural firms Snøhetta and A49, Cloud 11 combines cutting-edge design with the functionality needed to support modern living, working, and content creation in the digital era.

The project features seven core zones, including Grade A+ office spaces, state-of-the-art content production studios, retail areas, a lifestyle hotel, cultural exhibition venues, and Thailand’s largest elevated public park. A dedicated education zone also supports learning in media and technology. The development integrates futuristic technologies such as Web 3.0, Metaverse, and Blockchain, allowing creators to connect seamlessly with global audiences.

Cloud 11 is also deeply committed to sustainability and community enhancement. With expansive green spaces like its rooftop forest and pocket parks, the project aims to improve urban air quality and public well-being. The nearby canal system is also being revitalized with deep-water purification systems. Set to open in late 2025, Cloud 11 is positioned to become a new landmark and a driving force behind Bangkok’s creative and digital economy.
