Siamscape

Siamscape is a new mixed-use development located in the heart of Siam Square, designed under the concept of “Lifelong Learning”. The project caters to all ages and lifestyles, combining office spaces, retail, learning centers, and shopping zones in one iconic building. With more than 700 parking spaces and direct access to BTS Siam Station, Siamscape offers both convenience and connectivity.

The building consists of 25 floors with a total usable area of approximately 29,795 sq.m. Office spaces are located on Floors 16–25, featuring a modern design with a ceiling height of 3.00 meters that enhances comfort, productivity, and well-being. Additionally, the project integrates lifestyle elements such as Sky Scape on the 10th floor, an outdoor zone for relaxation and events, perfectly suited to the urban lifestyle.
