Thaniya Tower B is an 11-storey office and retail building on Silom Road, developed through the collaboration between Sumitomo Realty Group and Dr. Prasert & Dr. Yada Sombuntham. The tower dates back to the 1970s, when Japanese corporations were expanding into Thailand, with Sumitomo Trading and Bank of Tokyo as its first tenants. Over the years, Japanese companies, bookstores, golf shops, and restaurants followed, making Thaniya Tower B a hub for the Japanese business community in Bangkok.

Renovated in 2006, the building is now directly connected to BTS Sala Daeng Station, earning the name Thaniya BTS Building.
