Experience luxury workspaces: JustCo at One Bangkok , ServCorp at Dusit Central Park
Inquire NowThat’s exactly why we decided to write this article: to answer those common questions while taking the opportunity to introduce one of Bangkok’s most stylish and thoughtfully designed office buildings—FYI Center—all in one place.
“Does FYI Center stand for For Your Information?”
In fact, FYI Center actually stands for **“For Your Inspiration Workplace.”**What makes FYI Center truly unique is the creative vision behind its development. The concept was born from questioning the traditional way people experience work—the monotony of plain white concrete walls, the repetitive daily commute, the routine of starting work at 8 AM and finishing at 5 PM, and the conventional idea of what an office environment should be.Instead of simply creating another office building, the developers set out to design a workplace that inspires creativity, encourages new ways of thinking, and redefines the everyday working experience. The video below offers a deeper look into the philosophy and original inspiration behind the development of FYI Center.
FYI Center is a 12-story office building developed by turning the answers from those original design questions into real, functional building features. Some of the most distinctive examples include:
Flexible air-conditioning schedules that allow tenants to choose operating hours that match their actual business operations—for example 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
This is very different from most traditional office buildings that operate on a fixed central air-conditioning schedule, where tenants typically need to pay additional overtime air-conditioning charges when working beyond standard operating hours.
A strong integration of creativity, art, and dynamic design throughout every part of the building.
Examples include:

Office rental rates started from approximately THB 800 per square meter per month, with flexible floor subdivisions designed to accommodate businesses of various sizes—from smaller offices of just over 100 square meters, all the way up to large office spaces of approximately 4,800 square meters per floor.
This makes FYI Center one of the office buildings with the largest floor plates in Bangkok, offering exceptional flexibility for both growing companies and large corporate occupiers.

One of the most frequently discussed topics about FYI Center has always been its location—situated at Na Ranong Intersection, directly opposite Khlong Toei Market.
While the building is not located within traditional CBD areas such as Silom, Sathorn, or Sukhumvit, Rama IV Road itself is far from being an unfamiliar office location.
In fact, this area has long been home to major corporate headquarters. For example, the Stock Exchange of Thailand was historically headquartered nearby (before relocating to Ratchadaphisek Road near AIA Capital Center). Global corporations such as ExxonMobil, as well as major media organizations like Channel 3 Thailand, also have headquarters located just around this same intersection.
One of FYI Center’s clearest location advantages is its exceptional proximity to MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre Station.
The station entrance is located almost directly in front of the building, allowing commuters to walk between the office and the MRT station in less than one minute.
In addition, important lifestyle and business destinations such as Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and Benjakitti Park are both reachable within less than 5 minutes on foot, offering an excellent balance between business convenience, accessibility, and quality of working life.
Within the same development, in addition to the two interconnected office towers, there is also a third building located on the northern side of the project. This building has been developed as a 239-room, 3-star hotel under the Modena brand, managed by Fraser. This addition further strengthens the project’s mixed-use concept, creating a fully integrated environment that combines workspace, retail amenities, dining options, and hospitality accommodations—all within one destination.

FYI Center is one of the latest office developments by Golden Land Property Development PLC.
If the company name does not immediately sound familiar, you have almost certainly heard of Sathorn Square—the premium Grade A office tower located at the iconic intersection of Sathorn Road and Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Road. That project alone gives a clear indication of the developer’s experience, credibility, and expertise in creating landmark commercial properties.
In addition, the executive team behind FYI Center is also the same team responsible for developing and leasing Park Ventures Ecoplex on Ploenchit Road. Both of these buildings have consistently been recognized as some of Bangkok’s most prestigious office developments over the past several years—widely respected for their concept, architectural design, sustainability, and overall building quality.
In reality, FYI Center welcomes businesses from every industry. However, with its clear emphasis on creativity, dynamic design, and artistic expression, we believe FYI Center is especially well suited for companies with a strong identity—businesses that value originality, innovation, and work environments that break away from conventional corporate norms.
If your company is a graphic design studio, web design agency, advertising agency, creative consultancy, tech startup, or any business that thrives on inspiration, collaboration, and flexible working styles—where productivity is not defined by simply starting at 8 AM and leaving at 5 PM—then FYI Center is definitely an office option worth serious consideration.
