“Does FYI Center stand for For Your Information?”

In fact, FYI Center actually stands for **“For Your Inspiration Workplace.”**What makes FYI Center truly unique is the creative vision behind its development. The concept was born from questioning the traditional way people experience work—the monotony of plain white concrete walls, the repetitive daily commute, the routine of starting work at 8 AM and finishing at 5 PM, and the conventional idea of what an office environment should be.Instead of simply creating another office building, the developers set out to design a workplace that inspires creativity, encourages new ways of thinking, and redefines the everyday working experience.The video below offers a deeper look into the philosophy and original inspiration behind the development of FYI Center.

FYI Center is a 12-story office building developed by turning the answers from those original design questions into real, functional building features. Some of the most distinctive examples include:

• Flexible air-conditioning schedules that allow tenants to choose operating hours that match their actual business operations—for example 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

  This is very different from most traditional office buildings that operate on a fixed central air-conditioning schedule, where tenants typically need to pay additional overtime air-conditioning charges when working beyond standard operating hours.

• A strong integration of creativity, art, and dynamic design throughout every part of the building.

  Examples include:

  • An exterior façade equipped with LED lighting systems capable of displaying animated visual content.
  • Retail and lifestyle areas designed with the atmosphere of a community mall, combining both indoor and outdoor experiences.
  • Significantly more green space compared with conventional office buildings.
  • Open-air planting areas located on selected odd-numbered floors, known by the developer as “Pocket Gardens.”

• Secure bicycle parking facilities and shower rooms for tenants who choose to cycle to work.

Office rental rates started from approximately THB 800 per square meter per month, with flexible floor subdivisions designed to accommodate businesses of various sizes—from smaller offices of just over 100 square meters, all the way up to large office spaces of approximately 4,800 square meters per floor.

One of the most frequently discussed topics about FYI Center has always been its location—situated at Na Ranong Intersection, directly opposite Khlong Toei Market.

For example, the Stock Exchange of Thailand was historically headquartered nearby (before relocating to Ratchadaphisek Road near AIA Capital Center). One of FYI Center’s clearest location advantages is its exceptional proximity to MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre Station.

The station entrance is located almost directly in front of the building, allowing commuters to walk between the office and the MRT station in less than one minute.

In addition, important lifestyle and business destinations such as Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and Benjakitti Park are both reachable within less than 5 minutes on foot, offering an excellent balance between business convenience, accessibility, and quality of working life.

Modena by Fraser

Within the same development, in addition to the two interconnected office towers, there is also a third building located on the northern side of the project.
