    This is very different from most traditional office buildings that operate on a fixed central air-conditioning schedule, where tenants typically need to pay additional overtime air-conditioning charges when working beyond standard operating hours.

  • A strong integration of creativity, art, and dynamic design throughout every part of the building.

    Examples include:
